OBITUARY
WILLIAM ALBERT
January 31, 1904
At the restoration of peace Mr. Albert returned to Baltimore and secured a
position with the Baltimore City Passenger Railway company, and eight years
later opened a café at the above residence, which business he conducted until
his death.
He was a member of Joppa Lodge of Masons, the J. F. Wiessner Conclave of
Heptasophs, Stoddard Lodge of the Knights of Pythias and the American Legion of
Honor.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sarah Albert, two daughters, the Misses Carrie
and Estella Albert, and two sons, the Messrs. William C. and Walter Albert.
The funeral will take place from his residence, Wednesday. Services will be
conducted by Rev. U. S. G. Rupp, pastor of the Lutheran Church of the
Reformation. Interment will be made in Greenmount Cemetery.
Note: Cause of death on death certificate appears to be Intestinal Hepatitis but
it is hard to read.
